Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the RoadCore website, or by purchasing products through the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies incorporated by reference, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or submit an order through RoadCore.

Eligibility and Account Information

Products and Product Information

RoadCore offers automotive electronics and in-car devices including speakers, stereos, amplifiers, subwoofers, Bluetooth adapters, navigation devices, cameras, connected displays, diagnostic tools, monitoring equipment and vehicle power products.

RoadCore seeks to present product descriptions, images, dimensions, specifications and other information accurately. However, minor differences in display appearance, packaging, specifications or other product details may occur where permitted by law.

Customers should review vehicle compatibility, electrical requirements, dimensions, installation requirements and other relevant product information before purchase and installation.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. RoadCore may accept, decline, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including situations involving product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment authorization problems or inaccurate order information.

If an accepted order cannot be completed, RoadCore will take reasonable steps to provide an appropriate update and, where applicable, arrange a refund for amounts collected for unavailable products.

Prices and Payment

Prices shown on the RoadCore website are displayed in the form presented at checkout and may change from time to time. The price applicable to an order is generally the price shown when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.

Payment must be made through the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices.

Applicable taxes or other legally required charges may be calculated as part of the checkout process.

Discounts and Promotions

Customers who successfully subscribe by email receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount. No discount code is required and the discount is not limited only to a first purchase.

Selected promotional products may receive an automatic 20% discount with no discount code required. Promotional availability may change, and only products designated as eligible receive the applicable promotional reduction.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts and promotional offers may be subject to reasonable eligibility, availability or technical limitations.

Shipping and Delivery

RoadCore offers free standard shipping on all products. Standard order delivery time is 3–5 calendar days.

Delivery estimates may be affected by weather, carrier interruptions, incorrect delivery information, access restrictions or other events outside RoadCore's reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. RoadCore may request additional information where necessary to complete delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

RoadCore offers free eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days. Returned products must satisfy the applicable return conditions and any instructions reasonably required to process the request.

Exchange fulfillment may depend on current product availability. Where a requested replacement is unavailable, another resolution may be offered as permitted by the applicable policy and law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to reduce any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

Acceptable Website Use

You may use the RoadCore website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or information.

• Do not introduce malicious code or intentionally harmful material.
• Do not scrape, overload or interfere with the website in a manner that disrupts normal operation.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.

RoadCore website content, branding, graphics, layout, written material and other original content may be protected by intellectual property laws. Except where permission is expressly granted, website content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited in a manner that infringes applicable rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RoadCore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use, product misuse, incompatible installation or events outside RoadCore's reasonable control.

Any limitation stated in these Terms applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law and does not restrict non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
